Non Material Amendment to planning permission PL/18/4641/FA (Erection of public house incorporating staff accommodation, car parking and landscaping.) to allow for the relocation of external escape stairs and associated external and internal changes, including the removal of a window the addition of a door, new skylights and the creation of an additional staff bedroom, the replacement of a painted sign with a window and the repositioning of advertisements, the erection of new boundary fencing for safety and securing reasons, the addition of a gate and maintenance ladder, adjustments to the service yard boundary fence and access doors and the addition of new windows.
