Condition 2 refers to approved plans. The variation is to insert 1no. additional front window, 3no. additional rear rooflights, remove 3no. side windows, widen 1no. rear patio door & Juliet balconies, addition of 1no. side window, raise rear gables & enclose porch (part retrospective).

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 213142 for the proposed part conversion of the existing garage to create additional habitable accommodation, erection of a single storey front extension to form porch with 1No roof light, erection of a flat roof dormer to the side elevation and extension of the existing flat roof side dormer. Condition 2 relates to the approved details the variation is for an additional 1.0m on the single storey rear extension (Retrospective).

Application for planning permission for amendments to BI/20/00223/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling, detached garage with annexe accommodation, swimming pool, boat house and workshop - (variation of condition 2 of planning permission BI/19/01408/FUL - Variation to the house, boat house and garage / annexe.) Retrospective planning permission is also sought for a retaining wall.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 212962 for the proposed conversion of existing garage to create additional habitable accommodation, erection of a two storey front extension, erection of a single storey front extension to form porch, plus changes to fenestration. Condition 2 refers to the approved details and the variation is to change the roof form and height of the proposed porch, plus alterations to fenestration. (Retrospective)
