Prior Notification - Change of use from an agricultural building into a single residential dwelling (Class C3) under class Q permitted development rights. The existing use is currently as an agricultural barn set adjacent a small group of converted barns (approved under full planning process to residential). There are no adjacent listed buildings, the site is not a conservation or special landscape area and it sits adjacent a quiet lane. The site is outside of any listed building curtilage.
