Application to vary condition 14 of planning consent F/2009/1388 (090467) for the proposed change of use from agricultural land to informal public open space for the purpose of suitable alternative natural green space (Class D2 Assembly and Leisure) and associated development including access, car park, footpath network and landscaping. Condition 14 refers to the submission of details of all fencing and other means of enclosure and the variation is to permit the formation of an informal access/path with associated works and installation of a gate and footbridge.
