Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Substantial demolition of existing bungalow and erection of side and rear extensions, construction of new roof form including provision of crown roof form containing habitable accommodation served by front and side rooflights, alterations to existing front porch, alterations to external materials and fenestration detail.

Construction of a single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration and creation of first floor level to convert bungalow to two storey dwelling.
