Householder application for proposed alterations to existing chalet bungalow to accommodate new first floor habitable rooms in roofspace comprising of raising height of roof, reforming rear roof to ground floor area, taking down and rebuilding rear dormer with a new flat roof, insertion of two roof windows in existing front roof pitch plus elevational adjustments to windows and casement doors (alternative scheme to pp 21/08121/FUL)

Variation of Condition 2 (plan numbers) and Condition 3 (Materials) pursuant to planning permission 23/0894/FUL (Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of replacement bungalow with roof accommodation, served by front and rear dormer windows and front rooflight; installation of heat pump; alterations to frontage; and front and rear landscaping works) to include alterations to rear fenestration; alterations to external materials; and internal alterations.

Part Retrospective: Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of two storey detached dwelling rear dormer with window and side rooflights; alterations to land levels, steps and ramp, heat pump, parking and associated landscaping works; boundary treatments including brick piers and walls.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of condition 2 (approved plans) 2 of planning application ref: 15/03833/FULL1 (granted on appeal for erection of a three bedroom bungalow at land to the rear of 91 Palace View) to allow alterations to the approved plans to include installation of a rear facing dormer window (with obscure glazing) at first floor level to serve the bathroom.
