Mixed use development including the demolition, extension, alteration and conversion of 19/20 Fort End, Haddenham and comprising an E(b) (formerly A3) unit with five dwellings together with parking and amenity space.

Demolition of existing steel open sided barn, and change of use of site to residential. Conversion and extension of existing stone barn to a single storey dwelling with new detached garage and the construction of three two storey detached houses and garages, with associated courtyard, parking and garden areas. Development to provide a total of four dwelling units. (Application to vary condition 2(approved plans) of approval 19/01021/FUL (as varied by 20/01684/S73) to allow changes to Plot 1, the Barn conversion. Alteration to rear elevation to provide wider doors with glazed gable over for improved light and views to tree lined boundary.

Non-material amendment to application BH2018/00868 to amend description of development to read: Demolition of existing office building (B1) fronting Grand Avenue. Conversion of existing (B1) building fronting Queens Gardens to residential dwellings (C3) with associated alterations and extensions. Erection of a 10 storey building over basement carpark comprising of residential flats (C3) on Grand Avenue and erection of a 6 storey building comprising of residential flats (C3) on Second Avenue. Associated underground parking, landscaping, cycle storage, bins and recycling points.

Non material amendment to application 18/01790/REM (Application for approval of Reserved Matters for Scale, Layout, Appearance of Buildings, Access, and Landscaping details pursuant to Condition 1 of Outline Permission 16/01805/OUT for (Outline application for demolition of existing police station buildings, conversion of La Plata House to residential use and development of upto 70 new residential dwellings (All matters reserved) for the conversion of La Plata to 4 x duplex dwellings and construction of two part 3 part 4 storey blocks of flats consisting of 25x 1 bed, 39x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed flats) layout, undercroft parking and access) for the alteration of drawings to alter internal layout of block A to include enlarged cycle store.

Subdivision of plot and conversion of existing single dwellinghouse into 5x flats, along with associated parking, amenity space, landscaping, refuse/recycling and bicycle storage) to allow for the removal of the requirement for the development to be built in accordance with the criteria set out in Building Regulations M4(2) 'accessible and adaptable dwellings'.
