Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 161905 for the Reserved Matters pursuant to Outline consent O/2014/1798 for the erection of 1 no. detached dwelling, formation of additional access and demolition of commercial outbuilding. Condition 2 refers to the approved documents and the variation is for alterations to fenestration on the south (rear) and west (side) elevations of the approved dwelling plus a canopy roof, alterations to the approved access and removal of the detached garage from the development.
