'Variation of Conditions 1, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g, 4, 5 and 6 of permission 18/00251/HHOLD 1. Change - Change in construction and waterproofing method necessitated slight change in layout. Rooflight changes create lower visual impact, including house no longer obscured by rooflights from east elevation, and allow easier access around the site through the use of walk on glass. Introduction of structural planters to provide screening and privacy to the patio from the road, while integrating a hidden railing and softening the overall visual impact of the extension. 3c. Removal - Landscape design submitted showing replacement planting following excavation leading to loss of trees and shrubs. Replacement planting and design proposed, 3d.
