Variation of Condition 1 and Removal of Condition 3 of previously approved application DC/22/2098 (Removal of existing detached garage. Remodelling of existing dwelling incorporating erection of front, side and rear extensions, roof extensions and alterations including installation of dormers and windows, fenestration changes and associated works) to allow for the repositioning of the approved rooflights to the western side elevation and for the obscure glazing requirement to be removed.

Application for variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) on planning permission 91278/HHA/17 (Remodelling of the existing dwelling to include: erection of two storey extensions to the side and rear of the existing property, raising of the original ridge height and new roof to accommodate rooms within the roof space.) to allow for the following amendments: retention of existing garage with alterations, including a new lower pitched roof, new door and rendering; reduced overall footprint; and external alterations.

Variation of condition 1 of application BH2018/00637 (Remodelling and extension of existing dwelling including raising the roof height to create an additional floor, demolition of existing garage and erection of two storey side & rear extensions, new garage & front porch. Associated alterations include revised fenestration, new front boundary wall & landscaping) to allow amendments to approved materials.

Application for Variation of Conditions 2 and 3 on planning permission 95935/HHA/18 (Remodelling of existing dwelling to include the erection of: single storey front, first floor front, two storey side and front extensions including a new garage. Conversion of the garage into habitable living accommodation. Erection of a front dormer following conversion of the loft space. External alterations to the property to include new and replacement windows and doors.) to vary the approved plans to change footprint, height, internal layout and other elevational details.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of the planning permission 18/00204/FULL6 (as amended under ref 18/00204/RECON) for a two storey side extension, remodelling of the front and rear elevations and recladding of the existing dwelling to allow insertion of windows towards the rear of the proposed extension at the south western corner; replacement of the proposed garage doors with a window and alteration of and use of garage as an internal room.
