Retrospective application for the creation of raised parking and landscaping alterations off Battery Lane. Proposed demolition of existing front Porch, erection of an infill extension at the East elevation, single storey rear extension and first floor extension at the North-East elevation. Proposed conversion and merging of existing 2no. shed roof dormers to 1no. flat roof dormer, roofing alterations to create 1no. new gable at the North-East elevation, creation of 2no.
