Amendments to planning permission dated 30th September 2020 (RN: 19/09329/COFUL) for demolition of existing structures including storage sheds and redevelopment of existing car park to provide two blocks of three and five storeys providing a total of 21 x Use Class C3 (residential) units and other associated works, including the provision of storage units, car and cycle parking, landscaping, access gates and boundary treatment. Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/01664/RES for Reserved Matters application for Phase 1 comprising 138 residential dwellings and associated works, landscaping, parking, open space and servicing, together with details of the extension to Duncan Down including landscaping, multi-use games area and allotments; to allow modifications to the external facade of the dwellings that were approved, removal of garages on plots 11, 32, 40 and 41, minor changes to the location of the sheds and patios to the rear of the houses and revised landscape plans have been produced to reflect the technical changes to the layout to accommodate the proposed services etc and minor changes to the layout. New buffer mix along the western boundary of the site.
