Application for a minor material amendment for new layouts to provide one x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed dwellings and to increase height of development by a maximum of 400mm, to parent permission 19/02465/FUL. The parent permission being for a the demolition of the existing detached bungalow and erection of three x 2 bed 3 storey dwellings with associated parking provision and refuse storage.
