The amendment seeks the following: 1) A change in colour of the window/door frame from the consented white colour to Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), to both Front Block known as Block A and Rear Block known as Block B; 2) A change in colour of the consented tinted precast stone to the facade of the front Block (known as Block A) from saturated pink to contemporary beige.

Non Material Amendment of DC/19/3749/VOC - Demolitions of existing workshop and shop and construction of 4 new dwellings and associated access parking and landscaping - 1. Installation of pv (solar) panels to the West (Rear) elevations of the 3 nr terraced houses and 1 nr bungalow. 2. Alteration of window construction to the 3 nr terraced houses from timber to uPVC (this was changed on the bungalow with NMA ref DC/20/3683/AME dated 18.09.2020) subject to the approval of the conservation officer. 3. To set back Unit 1 of Block A by 1.20m from the adjacent footway with Units 2 & 3 being as close to the footway as possible. 4. Change of all hard landscaping from permeable construction to an impermeable system discharging on site into a crated soakaway (subject to percolation tests to be submitted to building control). 5.
