Conversion of existing agricultural barn into 1 Dwelling (Amendment to application 21/00655/CUPRIO allowed on appeal 29.07.22) (as amended by plans received 15/12/2023)

Non-material amendment to permission 2021/2662/FUL (Conversion of barn to 1no. residential dwellinghouse). The amendments include; Removal of indentation to NE corner and SW corner. Alterations to window and door openings and positions Alterations to rooflight positions. Addition of first floor Juliet balcony to SW elevation. Change of roofing materials from timber to metal profiled sheet. Inclusion of photovoltaic panels to south facing roof slope. Internal layout altered.
