Application to vary conditions 2 and 7 of planning consent 200729 for the Full application for the proposed erection of a detached 4 no. bedroom dwelling, plus erection of a two storey front extension and front canopy roof, first floor side extension and formation of new integral garage, single storey rear extension with 1 no. rooflight and changes to fenestration on the existing dwelling, following demolition of the existing attached garage/utility area. Condition 2 refers to approved details and the variation is to amend approved plans to allow implementation of development into 2 phases (Phases A & B).
