Juliet balconies, erection of a part single part two storey side extension with 2 no. roof lights following demolition of existing garage, erection of a new wall and gate to front drive to replace existing timber fence, plus changes to fenestration. Condition 2 relates to the approved details and the variation is to raise part of the roof to amend the ceiling height to bedroom 2.
