Construction of a rear mansard roof extension and three rear roof dormers, part single, part two storey rear extension (following demolition of existing ground floor conservatory and two storey rear outrigger); excavation to provide basement, including lightwell to rear and pavement lights to street frontage; installation of balcony to the first floor front elevation; installation of front dormer window; installation of 8 solar panels and one roof lights to front roof slope; and alteration to the boundary wall including installation of a fence and a gate (Retrospective).

Erection of a two-storey extension to the rear, a part two storey part single storey extension to the side following the demolition of the existing conservatory and dormer (Retrospective) and erection of front boundary enclosure consisting of brick wall, brick pillars & wrought iron infill panels and gates.
