Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of replacement dining / garden room. Internal and external alterations consisting of blocking door, creation of new rear door and insertion of rooflight. Removal of eastern boundary hedge and erection of timber fence. Installation of timber trellis atop the existing southern boundary fence. Removal of existing tree.

There are a number of trees behind our fence line which is a public footpath at the top of number 12 Sunnybank road BB4 4PF. The public footpath is total overgrown, neglected and unusable. These trees are now so overgrown they are extensively encroaching our garden over the boundary line. Once they grow leaves back in spring they will be completely over our conservatory and garden. We have spent thousands on sorting the garden out and these trees are damaging the garden and if left much longer will damage our conservatory. They are also damaging our fence which is now so damp and rotting from the trees we will have to get a whole new fence.We would like to trim back the overhanging branches so this doesn?t happen. We do not want to cut down the trees or get rid of them we just want to trim back so they are not overhanging and ruining our garden etc. we are concerned if left this may invalidate our house insurance as you should not have a tree overhanging our property. We want to reduce the crown span of the trees to provide a clearance from our property boundary.

Erection of a detached 3-bedroom house, access, parking, cycle store, sheds, new trees and soft landscaping, following the demolition of double garage, garden buildings, conservatory and timber panel boundary fences.

1.Fell sycamore sapling, it is damaging the boundary fencing and also causes excessive shading. 2.Fell cherry tree, the roots have damaged the concrete base of a substantial outbuilding and there is also potential danger to the conservatory of a neighboring property. 3.Reduce silver birch crown by 20%, potential danger to main building and causing excessive shading. 1 - Remove epicormic regrowth from trunk of one English Oak (Quercus robor) up to canopy break at 7m to clear garage. This work is historic. 2 - Prune back neighbours Hazel, Laurel, Sweet Chestnut and Douglas fir to the boundary fence and up to 8m and clear roof and conservatory by 3m. Lift low branches to 4m from ground level from one small Copper Beech and small multi stemmed Holm Oaks near clients hot tub. 3a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Laurel leaning into garden at base of the mature Copper Beech (Fagus sylvatica 'Atropurpurea). 3b - Carefully remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects tree roots etc, by stump grinding to a depth of 150mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified. 4a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Mountain Ash (Sorbus aucuparia) in front of children's play equipment to allow the area to be redeveloped. 4b - Remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects by stump grinding to a depth of 200mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified, all grindings to be left on site. Trees in 2) located in neighbours property - Tinkers Furze, Gough Road, Fleet, Hants. GU51 4LL

Erect single storey conservatory and car port to sides, raise height of garage roof, replace fencing to front boundary, install driveway gates and pedestrian access gate and remove existing tree at front of property

Chestnut (T2)- Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Canopy spread is large and conkers dropping from the branches have caused damage to conservatory roof (photos attached). Also crack to garage floor which is believed to be from roots of trees. Sycamore (T1) - Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Overhanging drive.

(1) Copper Weeping Beech - Crown raise to approximately 6.0m, Reduce the crown spread over the garden to leave it no more than approximately 5.0m out from the boundary fence. T(2) Conifer and Purple Plum next door adjacent to the conservatory cut back to the fence line all the way up.

Reduce branch of large Ash tree hanging above conservatory by approximately 2.5 meters to the level of boundary fence.
