Construction of a stand-alone shed for the purpose of timber drying and storage of timber, kayaks and garden equipment. The shed is rectangular in plan, 8.0 m by 3.0 m, with a pitched roof, overall height 2.97 m. In the interests of sustainability and economy, it will reuse the roof tiles and A-frames from an old garage elsewhere on the site, due for demolition. The roof is supported on timber columns.
