Request permission to have branches and roots cut back to boundary.

The rear 4.90m wall is adjacent to the rear of the neighbouring property's detached garage only with no/little impact on views as set behind 2m fence panel boundary wall. [note: similar to 3 green oaks extension built 5 years ago]. Extension 90cm set back from rear wall line of property at 1 Green Oaks avoiding any impact on light or views.
