Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.

(T1) Cotoneaster - Poor form, remove to ground level (T2) Prunus - reduce laterals over garden heading towards the house by 3.5 meters to reduce the risk of end loading and reduce stems heading towards left hand boundary by 3 meters to match epicormics, forming a new top crown. (T3) Apple - reduce in height by 2 meters to suitable laterals and formative prune remaining weeping crown by a maximum of 1 meter to improve form. (T4) Yew - remove branch leaning on shed roof (T5) Plumb - poor form self set, remove to ground level (T6) Goat Willow - reduce back from property by 1.5 meters, to avoid damage to building.

1. 2 x Leyland Cypress (T1 and T2) - Fell The trees are part of the boundary hedge between our house (No. 3) and our neighbours at No. 4. It is very close to both houses (actually overhanging our house) and very large. They are simply oppressive to both properties. The larger tree is already crushing our shed and making it unusable and, with age, branches have started to fall in high winds onto our roof.

Norway Maple tree (T6 F) to 6 metres and crown lift lowest limb at 2 metres to the west to clear footpath and highway; Crown reduce 1 no. Oak tree (T7 G) by 2 metres due to branches overhanging the house roof to west; Crown reduce 1 no. Sycamore tree (T9 I) by 2 metres over house roof to west and crown lift 2 no. lowest limbs overhanging boundary to east to clear footpath, highway and street lamps and due to excessive overhang to neighbouring properties and the property roof; 1 no. Lime tree (T10 J) formative prune; Crown thin 1 no. London Plane tree (T11 K) by 10% to improve the general appearance and safety of the tree; Crown lift 1 no. Oak tree (T12 L) to 4 metres and crown thin by 10%; Crown lift 1 no. Oak tree (T13 M) to 5 metres over shed to north and boundary to east; Crown lift 1 no. Cherry tree (T14 N) by 3 metres due to branches overhanging the shed to south; Fell 1 no. Goat Willow tree (T15 O) as the roots of this tree have now reached underneath the boundary retaining wall and are now causing an actionable nuisance to the neighbouring property and concerns that they are getting into the soakaway.

T1 - Oak, Quercus robur - located on the LHS of the rear garden, closest to the house. Reduce crown by up to 4m and lift branches away from roof of adjacent shed, creating at least 1m clearance. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T2 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, adjacent to T1. Reduce crown by up to 4m, (the crowns of T1 and T2 grow together as a single crown). Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T3 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, approximately halfway along the LHS boundary. Reduce crown by up to 4m. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T4 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, next in line from T3, (following the LHS boundary towards the rear boundary). Reduce crown by up to 3m, sever ivy at base of the tree's trunk, and remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T5 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, next in line from T4, (following the LHS boundary towards the rear boundary). Reduce crown by up to 3m. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter.

1 Hazel: located on the r/h/s boundary near the summer house; to remove the large limb that is growing over the roof. 2 Holly: located on the r/h/s boundary near the shed; to hedge trim back the new growth by 30-45cm in line The lower growth, stretching between the holly and the hazel can be crown lifted over the beds. 3 Walnut: located on the r/h/s boundary near the compost bins; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 1.5-2 metres from the branch tips. A reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Height reduced from 12m to 10m and radial spread from 4m - 2.5m. 4 Variegated Norway Maple: located on the l/h/s boundary; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 1.5-2 metres from the branch tips. A reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Height reduced from 14m to 12m and radial spread from 4m - 2.5m. 5 Tulip tree: remove the two branches (stubs) on the main stem @ 2m AGL and to also remove back to the main stem the branch that is growing over the you holm oak. This new height of 3-3.5m AGL to be followed around the remaining crown. All in rear garden 6 Maidenhair tree: reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 2-3 metres from the branch tips. A reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Height reduced from 14m to 11m and radial spread from 6m - 4m. 7 Fig tree: trim back to the wall, reduce height to previous points @ 4m AGL.
