Non-material amendment to DC/22/2437/FUL (Demolition of existing bungalow, construction of 4 new dwellings and associated carports, parking, access and landscaping) - The first-floor gable window to Bedroom 3 has been removed in place of decorative timber gable frame panelling. The fixed window in the kitchen at the side elevation has been replaced by a set of French doors, of similar size. On the same elevation, the bi-fold doors in the living room have been removed. On the east elevation of the living room a set of sliding doors with gable window has been introduced in place of the fixed window and timber gable panelling.

Demolition of the existing garage and side extensions to existing bungalow. Increase in ridge height of the existing bungalow to create a two-storey dwelling including the construction of a two-storey rear extension and insertion of side rooflights and roof to front bay window, front porch, relocation of entrance door; alterations to side fenestration

Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Application to vary condition 2 (approved plans and documents) and vary condition 13 (compliance with Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4) attached to planning permission 22/P/0109/FUL (demolition of the existing bungalow and proposed construction of a terrace of 3 No. four bedroom dwellings, including alteration to the site access and other associated works) to allow for raising of ridge heights, slight increase in overall footprint of the three dwellings, alteration to window and door arrangements to rear elevations, removal of the air source height pumps (Condition 2), and variation of wording to Condition 13 to confirm compliance with Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 as per new Energy Statement submitted.
