Variation of condition 2 of application 21/00126/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of detached 2 storey dwelling and a detached bungalow) to add a 3.6m crown roof single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration and front elevation.

Prior Notification (Householder) - A First floor Extension over an existing single-storey bungalow. It is proposed to physically separate the property from the adjoining bungalow to form a detached residence. A section of the bungalow will be retained as single-storey to step the roof line down to the scale of the neighbouring properties facing Kingston Farm Road. The materials used on the first floor extension will exactly match the original dwelling. The roof pitches will also match the original dwelling and neighbouring homes along Cherry Tree Road and Kingston Farm Road. No new openings will be made on the elevation facing Kingston Farm Road.
