Prior notification for the enlargement of a dwelling house by the construction of an additional storey (Class AA) over the principle part of the bungalow whereby the maximum height of the proposed additional storey will be 9.506m.

Prior Notification (Householder) - A First floor Extension over an existing single-storey bungalow. It is proposed to physically separate the property from the adjoining bungalow to form a detached residence. A section of the bungalow will be retained as single-storey to step the roof line down to the scale of the neighbouring properties facing Kingston Farm Road. The materials used on the first floor extension will exactly match the original dwelling. The roof pitches will also match the original dwelling and neighbouring homes along Cherry Tree Road and Kingston Farm Road. No new openings will be made on the elevation facing Kingston Farm Road.
