Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Extension of existing bungalow by increasing roof height to accommodate first floor accommodation, dormer windows to side elevations, two storey side extension to create new internal staircase and accessibility lift to proposed entrance, lowering of ground level to create front driveway and landscaping. (Variation of condition 3 of planning permission 2022/0171 to allow rooflights to be able to be opened and non-obscure glazed) (retrospective).

Application for a variation of condition 2 for the approved planning permission FH/TH/21/1118 for the 'Erection of first floor hipped roof to existing bungalow together with front, side and rear single storey extensions and loft conversion with 5No roof lanterns' to allow the adding of white cladding to the first floor instead of render, and white cladding to ground floor, alterations to fenestration and alterations to internal layout.

Variation of condition 2 of application 21/00126/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of detached 2 storey dwelling and a detached bungalow) to add a 3.6m crown roof single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration and front elevation.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/20/0131/HH - Demolition of conservatory and front porch. Erection of single storey rear and side extensions. Raising of roof, to create first floor accommodation over existing bungalow. Erection of new part single storey and part one-and-a-half storey front entrance hall. Alterations to fenestration throughout.

Variation of condition 2 of permitted application 20/00642/FUL to reconfigure external doors and glazing to two storey dwelling on both rear and side elevations; on former bungalow extend side projection and change gable to hipped roof, reduced depth of front elevation and insert ground floor window to side.

Application to vary condition 3 of planning consent 192557 for the proposed part single part two storey rear/side extension to include conversion and extension of existing loft space to create habitable accommodation (3no. bedrooms and bathroom) and the insertion of 4no. dormers to side, insertion of pitched roof to front and changes to fenestration to existing bungalow. Condition 3 refers to External materials - The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces and the variation is to use alternative external materials to those described in the original application.
