5 Day Notice - Fell Tree due to large limb (25% of canopy) has failed and smashed through a boundary fence and slid down the neighbours bungalow wall.

We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

ROW OF BEECH - Crown reduce side to south west over and towards bungalow. Reduce spread to approximately 1m from boundary fence.

Remove 3 overgrown Conifer Trees which are now too large for the site. In excess of 50ft high and one too close to bungalow. Tree root damage to the drains in 2020. Trees along the dividing fence of neighbours property and blocks considerable light from their garden. There is also fence damage which will be irreparable if trees are not removed. HAR/CA22.

T1 & T2 - Lombardy Poplars - Tree to be removed. Large lombardys have caused damage to boundary fencing, and they are in close proximity to a new proposed building and also existing neighbours sheds. T3 - Sycamore - crown raise and prune back lateral growth from over the neighbouring bungalow leaving a balanced crown T4 & T5 Sycamores - Remove trees 4 new trees to be planted - 2 Ginkgo's approximately 2.5 metres and 2 Liquidambar's approximately 3 metres

Erection of 4 bed dormer bungalow and detached double garage with new vehicular access, car parking area and 1.8m boundary fencing (Additional information (screening assessment) received 5th May 2020 and Tree Survey received 15th October 2020)
