Prior Notification Demolition - Single-storey detached outbuilding located in rear garden. The building has a corrugated asbestos roof, blockwork walls, metal windows and timber doors. There is a covered area on the north side, a terrace on the south side, and a conservatory on the west side, all of which will also be demolished.

Including one sky light. Walls will be brick (colour of existing house) and double glazed UPVC glass windows with external UPVC doors (white).
