Application for planning permission for amendments to BI/20/00223/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling, detached garage with annexe accommodation, swimming pool, boat house and workshop - (variation of condition 2 of planning permission BI/19/01408/FUL - Variation to the house, boat house and garage / annexe.) Retrospective planning permission is also sought for a retaining wall.
