Variation of condition 9 (approved plans) of planning permission PL/19/3164/VRC which varied planning permission PL/19/1911/FA (Demolition of existing dwelling, garage, outbuildings and construction of a detached dwelling incorporating attached garage) to allow addition of plant room and flank window, and amendment to floor plan (part retrospective)

Extension and alterations to existing dwelling (Plot 1 - Quince Cottage). Part-demolition and conversion of workshop building to a single dwelling, construction of a residential dwelling and change of use of B2 yard to residential curtilage (Plots 2 & 3). Demolition of garage/dwelling and construction of a replacement residential dwelling (Plot 4) with associated access, parking and landscaping. Variation to previously approved scheme (19/00006/FULL, 19/01306/FULL and 19/03144/FULL) to include: (Plots 2 and 3) enlarged garden area (Plot 3) Door added from lounge to garden, Two windows added to kitchen looking over garden; (Plot 4) Garage amended - reconfigured to provide garage and home office space; (Site Wide) Road width altered to accommodate fire engine access.
