Details submitted pursuant to Ref:P13-00157PLA (car park works only) comprising Hard standing materials (Condition 2), existing and proposed ground levels (3), wheel cleaning (6), Construction logistics plan (7), details of design (12), Archaeological works (14), Construction management plan (15), surface water drainage (18), tree protection (20 & 21) and site waste management plan (32) for the provision of a new 2-Form Entry Primary School comprising the erection of a 3-storey teaching block (with primary school classrooms at ground floor level and secondary school classrooms at first and second floor levels) connecting into Block C following demolition of the existing Secondary School Design Technology Block, the erection of a freestanding single-storey replacement Design Technology Block for the Secondary School, internal remodelling and refurbishment of Blocks A, C and F to provide additional classrooms, a 40 space car park to the south of the site, additional cycle parking and relocation of existing cycle parking facilities, formation of a pedestrian access to Primary School from Church Street, erection of fence to separate primary and secondary play areas and associated landscape works.

Temporary construction haul road including a temporary vehicular access from the A10, construction of a culvert structure, boundary fencing, access gate, signage, wheel wash facilities, construction of engineered drainage works, drainage swale, filter drains, temporary connection to drainage pond, headwalls, soft landscaping, tree and woodland planting, habitat creation and ecological mitigation measures, earthworks, ground remodelling, area for construction use, and any necessary vegetation, tree and hedgerow removal and demolitions.
