Variation of Condition 18 of previously approved application DC/14/1358 (Erection of 2 replacement dwelling with ancillary garaging (Edith and Gem Cottages) conversion of stables buildings to dwelling and erection of linking basement extensions following demolition of substantial range of modern agricultural buildings including feed silo (Marlands Home Farm). Conversion of workshop building and barn to dwelling, construction of linking extension and replacement semi basement extension.
