Amendments to planning permission dated 20 March 2020 (RN 19/08785/FULL) for the variation of condition 22 of planning permission dated 16 November 2018 (RN: 18/07079/FULL) which itself varied condition 17(i) of planning permission dated 12 December 2017 (RN 17/08082/FULL) for use of the ground floor and basement of no. 6 Catherine Street as a restaurant (use class A3), together with associated elevational changes at ground floor level (No. 6 Catherine Street); creation of a new opening between no. 6 Catherine Street and Vinegar Yard; enclosure of the rear part of Vinegar Yard; demolition of a redundant generator shed in Vinegar Yard; installation of exterior plant equipment on the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and Vinegar Yard; and the creation of a publically-accessible terrace on the Theatre Royal at the corner of Russell Street and Catherine Street. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 20/1838/MFUL (Demolition of existing buildings and the residential development of 33 new homes in a mix of 10 no. dwellings and 19 apartments and the conversion and refurbishment of Eldin House to create 4 apartments, partial demolition of potting shed and greenhouse and extensions to create dwelling, together with vehicle and pedestrian accesses, landscaping and associated infrastructure) to allow design changes to the approved apartment block which include changes to balconies, window position and alignments and the addition of a lift overrun to the roof and the approved dwellings which include internal layout changes, the addition of porches, changes to window positions and design.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 3/18/0263/FUL: proposals for the demolition of old 'Combine' Shed and for the erection of two new dwellings, new 3 bay cart lodge for Yew Tree House and 2 car parking spaces for curtilage houses. Amendment to the approved drawings in that roof lanterns are proposed over the single storey kitchen element and the green roof proposed for this area will now be a standard flat roof finish
