Exploratory trial excavations undertaken February 2021 and requiring retrospective planning permission. Variation of condition 1 of permission 21/01133/F to vary the approved plans. Changes include addition of an en-suite, amendments to courtyard space, removal of a side door and substitution with windows to the en-suite and two bedrooms. Continuation of living roof over new en-suite space, and addition of rooflight. Introduction of new front door and side light.

Application under Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with condition(s) 2 (Approved plans) of Planning Permission 17/14230/FUL (Erection of single storey one bedroom dwelling) to allow for the following (retrospective) changes for minor reduction in height of building, installation of new door to east elevation, alteration of fenestration, erection of a pergola and changes to front landscaping.
