The privacy screen shall achieve a minimum level of obscurity equivalent to Pilkington Texture Glass Level 3 and shall have a height of 1.7m above the finished floor level of the terrace along both side elevations. The privacy screen shall thereafter be permanently retained as approved. To protect the amenities of neighbouring occupiers in terms of overlooking and privacy in accordance with Policy HO11 of the Local Plan (2018).
