Prior Notification for an upwards extension measuring 5.6m in width, 6m in depth and 2.04m in height (overall height: 6.5m), over the current integral double garage at the end of the current dwelling footprint.

Prior Notification (Householder) - A single storey rear extension to No 1 Pinewood Gardens having a maximum depth of 5m and a maximum height of 4m. The extension would be situated to the east side and would protrude from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The west elevation of the extension would share an adjoining boundary with the existing garage extension which protrudes 5.9m from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The extension would have a double pitched roof with two Velux-type roof windows on the west facing aspect. The south facing wall would contain a door and window. The extension would be built under, and within, permitted development rules and building regulations.
