Section 73 application for variation of condition 02 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2021/0365 dated 04.10.2021 (erection of x1 detached house and x2 semi-detached dwellings) for (i) a lowered ridge height to Plots 1 and 2 by incorporation of a crown roof, (ii) an amended street scene elevation and (iii) a 600mm high trellis added to the top of part of the fencing between Plot 1 and No.62 Beechwood Road.

Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 19/6319/FUL, dated 26/02/2021 for `Conversion of existing 3no. flats into 1no. single family dwelling house including partial demolition of the existing building and demolition of two existing garages, construction of a new basement level with plant areas, part single, part two storey side and rear extensions with associated alterations and extension to roof with 2no. rear dormer windows, replacement of windows including new bay windows to front elevation. New boundary fence and walls with additional vehicular access`. Variation to include additional demolition to the front section of the existing roof and rebuilding of the chimney stacks.

Application for approval of details reserved by condition 6 on planning permission PL/20/0038/VRC. (Variation of condition 12 of planning permission PL/19/0946/FA (demolition of existing house and garage, erection of 3 storey detached dwelling with linked triple garage, relocation of access and associated gates and fencing, and proposed garden pavilion) to allow: To facilitate minor design changes, 3 No. rooflights either side of the south east rear gable and changes to the front central gable roof design.)
