Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/20/1318 (Variation of condition 1 of previously approved application DC/18/1710 (Erection of an agricultural workers dwelling incorporating a farm office following the removal of a mobile home, storage container, sheds, stables and extension to existing bungalow) for external amendments, including the relocation of bi-fold doors to the front elevation and window to the rear, and alterations to the depth of the windows to the utility, bathroom and en-suite)) to allow for the installation of an air source heat pump and other minor amendments to dwelling.

Removal of existing storage/garage building & horse stables. Erection of dwelling to rear of bell cottage, including variation of approved plans condition 1 attached to 19/01101/FUL, to allow for very small height increase to enable stair access to first floor, larger gable window, addition of ground floor window and increase size of cycle storage shed. Application for variation of condition 5 attached to planning permission reference no. 20040347 for the conversion of coach house/stables into a four bedroom dwelling and the adjacent calving house as a garden store/potting shed ancillary to the converted coach house/stables; conversion of barn into a three bedroom dwelling and part of attached cowsheds into a kitchen and covered way; conversion of flint constructed bullock sheds into two garages and store; all works involving elevational alterations and refurbishment and reconstruction, all accessed via existing access to Gravesend Road; to allow internal alteration to form a bathroom.
