Single storey rear extension to provide home office and erection of garden shed (part retrospective)

Retrospective- Erection of a 4mx2.5m insulated home office in my yard, with a storage area to the side. Replacing existing shed, and providing space for my Sons and I to work from home, particularly during the current Pandemic.

Retrospective application for the erection of Agnes log cabin in rear garden to act as replacement shed as well as home office. Also application for Shade Sail for Hot Tub.
