Non material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/0638 (Variation to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 19/AP/1286 'Two storey extension above existing light industrial building to provide 9 new flats with associated cycle and waste storage'. Amendments to include: increase in unit sizes and 3 bed flats, relocation of cycle storage and plant room to ground floor and reduction in lift size, amendments to windows and using a new modular construction method.) for relocation of refuse store to within the curtilage of the existing building on the north elevation at ground floor level.
