G1 - Woodland Tree Line - Located on boundary, to rear/side of No. 64 Boundary Way. Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

3 Macdonald Road Lightwater Surrey GU18 5TN

Application for tree felling of Silver Birch tree in rear garden of 3 Macdonald Road, Lightwater. Silver Birch tree has grown too large for the garden space with it now hanging over number 5?s house, it reaches the fence line to 3A and is almost touching our house. The roots of the tree have raised the ground with some exposed roots making it a trip hazard or it could cause serious injury should someone fall onto the exposed roots. We have a 1 year old who cannot go in the garden due to the trip hazard and falling branches, it is too dangerous for him to play in the garden. The branches on the tree often fall, some are large which are a danger to us as well as would cause damage to cars parked behind our garden fence. The branches hang over our next door neighbours house. The branches touch their roof, if a branch was to fall this would cause extensive damage to their house. The Silver Birch is in the shadow of a large Lime tree which blocks large amounts of light causing the condition of the tree to have diminished which as a result causes the branches to die and fall. Silver Birch trees are known for their high pollen count, our 1 year old son has clear signs of hayfever, often rubbing his eyes, sneezing, running and itchy nose, we have attended the doctors who have said it is likely to be hayfever however they cannot diagnose it as he is too young. It would not be fair or right to let him continue to suffer until he is old enough to be diagnosed when he clearly suffers. We are not against having a tree and would plant another tree in its place which is thinner and has no or low pollen. The type of tree that we would propose in its place is an Acer tree or Liquid Amber tree. The Silver Birch has become very dangerous and causing our son health issues so we request to remove the tree and replace it with a tree which will not be a hazard to people, to buildings as well as to reduce the allergies affecting our son. Attached to this application is a sketch o

Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

I have 5 Leylandii trees at the front of my property we would like to have permission to remove reasons being: 1... We have had previous subsidence on our property , from a neighbouring Leylandii in 2004, 3.5 metres away from our property. The tree was removed and subsidence resolved. 2... The 5 trees we would like to remove are now causing the following issues for us. (a) There are a number of large roots growing across the top of the ground and just under the ground very close to our property. They have lifted our patio area just outside our front door. Which we have now just replaced. We are very worried these trees are going to cause further subsidence to our property. The trees are very large and so close to our house. The closest tree being just 3.5 meters away from the house, with a circumference of 2.8 meters. The estimate height of the trees being taller than a two storey house. (b) ..The trees are cutting out the neighbour's and our light. (c)...The trees are restricting and damaging larger vehicles travelling down the lane. (d)...It is becoming more difficult for us to get house insurance to cover subsidence due to the location of the trees. 3...Once the trees are removed, we would like to put up a 6ft tall closeboard Fence for security and in keeping with what the neighbours in the lane already have. We would then plant a hedge in front of the fence by the lane side for greenery for wildlife. tree 1. Leylandii. 3.5m from house. the circumference of the base is 2.8m and splits into 3 main branches. the mass of branches grow out to the roof of house. The others stop short by 1.5 m as the house sits back there. tree 2. Leylandii 3.7m from house. circumference of base 1.35m. splits into 2 main branches. tree 3. small holly tree/ bush will be staying. tree 4. Leylandii 5.5m from house. 2.4m circumference. splits into 3 main branches. tree 5. Leylandii 5.1 from house. 1.5m circumference splits into 2 main branches. tree 6. Leylandii 5.5 from hous...

1. (TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.
