Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 April 2021 (RN: 20/04541/FULL) for, 'Erection of an extension at the rear of 18-22 Wigmore Street at first to fourth floor levels and alterations to the rear roof form to allow conversion of the attic space to provide additional residential floorspace for the existing flats (Class C3), including the infilling of an internal lightwell adjacent to 16 Wigmore Street and the installation of a new lift. Alterations at basement and ground floor level including the infilling of a rear lightwell at basement and ground floor levels. Installation of plant within an associated enclosure at rear first floor level with a green roof over and screened plant on a flat roof at fourth floor level to the rear of 22 Wigmore Street. Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 210588 for the proposed erection of 1no. five bedroom dwelling, the erection of a two storey detached garage including office on the first floor, 1no. outbuilding to the rear of the property, a swimming pool plus front entrance gates, following demolition of existing dwelling. Condition 2 refers to approved details and the variation is to allow alterations to the garage to include 2no. dormers, addition of roof lights and changes to fenestration, plus alterations to roof lights and dormers on the main dwelling (part retrospective).

Variation of condition 17 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission 20/02150/STPLF (Erection of a warehouse (Class B8) with ancillary office accommodation (Class B1), servicing area, car parking, van storage, cycle parking, pedestrian access arrangements, two vehicular accesses including a roundabout on Brickyard Lane and associated landscaping, works and infrastructure) - To allow for amendments to size and additions to the ducting and plant on roof, the erection of a winter storage module and an additional guard hut, an increase in thickness of window transom, the reorientation of a portion of van storage bays and alterations to form a single staff drop off bay (part-retrospective application)
